It has been 23 years since the release of “Appetite for Destruction” so I am thinking that we are due for a G ‘N R reunion. How great would that be? Axl and Slash side by side again…’er..maybe not.
In a recent interview, G ‘N R singer, Axl Rose, has dubbed Slash as ‘a cancer’. "I suppose (former bass player) Duff (McKagan) could play guitar on something somewhere but there's zero possibility of me having anything to do with Slash," Rose said. "In a nutshell, personally I consider him a cancer and better removed, avoided — and the less anyone heard of him or his supporters the better."
Rose even went on to say that he was never even a fan of Slash’s guitar playing and that Slash was a “whore for the limelight”.
I figure we have 2 years until a 25 Year reunion. I won’t hold my breath.
